The 46th Match of the Indian Premier League(IPL) 2023, will be played between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians at Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali on 3rd May. So Punjab Kings are flying high as they won the match against CSK and that too at Chennai. On bowling first conceded 200 runs, Bowlers went for runs but in the second innings both the openers started well and later Liam Livingstone 40 runs were helpful but in last Jitesh Sharma and especially Sikandar Raza Cameo helped Punjab Kings to win the match in the last ball of the match. On the other hand Mumbai Indians are also in a good mood as they also chased down the total of 213 runs which was the highest Target chased at the Wankhede Stadium. On bowling first conceded 212 runs, Arshad Khan on his way back to the 11 picked up 3 wickets and Piyush Chawla picked up 2 wickets he has been consistent in terms of taking wickets. In the second innings Rohit Sharma got out early again but then Cameron Green continued his good batting form, Suryakumar Yadav controlled the run rate as he was striking the ball at a strike rate of 190 but still Mumbai Indians needed a lot runs and then came Tim David who finished the game for Mumbai just like Keiron Pollard used to finish as he scored 45 runs in just 14 balls. Both teams have successfully chased and won the match, can both the teams do it again will be interesting to see.
