Sarfaraz khan got a finger injury and rules out of the Irani cup.
The Prolific batter of Mumbai, Sarfaraz Khan, suffered from a finger injury at the Delhi Capitals camp and was ruled out of Irani Cup. In this, he was represented as the Rest of India. He also skipped the practice match on Sunday at Eden Gardens. The Irani Cup will be going to start in Gwalior in time of two days after this practice match. By injury, Sarfaraz was wearing a protective finger fibre cast and unable to bat or field for a whole day. During that time, he helps his teammates by serving energy drinks. Teammates of Sarfaraz, and Prithvi Shaw, were doing their best in the practice game as they made hits in delightful strokes in the park where the mentor Sourav Ganguly and assistant coach Praveen Amre were also present. However, shaw left the ground after a session of batting and rushed to the airport to take a Bengaluru-bound flight. He is expected to report at camp to the NCA.
