Big blow to Gujarat titans

Before starting the IPL, the captain, Hardik Pandya of Gujarat Titans, suffered a major setback. So, Josh Little was brought by Gujarat titans for Rs. 4.4 crore during the league auction. Here he got injured and ruled out of Pakistan Super League 2023. When the IPL auction started in December 2022 last year, the Gujarat titans brought Josh little. He became the first Irish in IPL 2023. 

Complain of hamstring tightness.

The 23-year-old little was also featured in PSL for multan sultans. When he played for Pretoria caps in the SA20s, he complained of hamstring tightness and returned home “ out of caution”, as per cricket Ireland. He is targeting three match Ireland ODI series in Bangladesh next month as a possible comeback. He is supposed to gain his fitness again in time to be ready for the IPL contract. The ODI test series between Bangladesh and Ireland will start on 18 march. 

Chennai super kings Vs titans in Ahmedabad 

While the T20 international series will be held on 31 march, the IPL 2023 will start on the same day with Chennai super kings and titans in Ahmedabad. For IPL 2023, Josh made his international debut in 2016 for Ireland; from then on, he has played in 25 ODIs and 53 T20I series. He takes the 4-45 in aspects of fast bowling, in which he can dismiss the top three or four batsmen at the same time, including eoin morgan, captain  for the ducks
