It was a good contribution from their middle order batsman, Matthew Short was the highest scorer with 36 runs. In the second innings bowlers did well to take the game till the last over as Sam Curran got the ball in hand to defend just 7 runs but he was unable to do it although it was a close match in the end. Punjab Kings bowling will suit the Lucknow surface.
